Hi!  Howdy!  Hello!

Don't be surprised to hear any of these greetings when we meet!  I am thrilled to introduce myself to you and can't wait to work with you to capture your personalities, quirks, giggles, and grimaces!  Hey, even the grumpy faces can be great memories.

Since you want to trust me with your precious moments, here's a little glimpse into what makes me tick...

•  My faith in Jesus is number ONE.

•  I am married to Jeremy, the LOVE of my life.  We truly are best friends.

•  I have 4 (yes, FOUR) sons.  Their names are Eli, Kyler, Van, and Judah, and if I am honest, sometimes they drive me nuts.  But most of the time they bring me great joy and my heart is truly full!

•  I am a registered nurse.

•  The "6" in Rachel 6 Photography was chosen because I come from a family of 6 and I now have my own family of 6.   And because Rachel Brown is a really common name when you want to start a photo business.  So there.

•  I drink too much coffee.  I grind the beans fresh for every pot.

•  I have a weakness for mid-century furniture.

•  You might see me peeking out under my glasses to see the LCD display on the back of my camera.  Apparently I am getting old already.

•  I also have a weakness for sour candy.

•  Music is important to me.  I play the piano and have a playlist going whenever I am not competing with Treehouse, Disney Junior, or TSN.

•  One of my favorite movies is Finding Neverland.  But I've only been able to bring myself to watch it once.  On the other hand, I believe I have watched Pride and Prejudice at least 8 times.  Keira Knightley and A&E versions.
